Project: To Design a Landing Page for the ACM Society
I'm a member of the ACM Student Body Chapter in BIT Mesra and was assigned the role of delivering the UI web design for the society's web presence. I was given a deadline of 2 weeks and the goal of the project was to create a landing page that represents the ACM society well and takes into account the professionalism it holds.
Vision and Innovation
My vision was to set new standards with cutting-edge technologies and design trends. I was committed to pushing the boundaries of creativity to ensure that each project I undertake reflects the latest industry innovations and the ideas they hold
Resolving Complex Problems
I looked upto different website particularly website related to technology, AI, computer science, and futuristic for inspiration and took some of them into consideration while designing the layout.
UI Design
the goal was to keep it minimal and modern so I aligned with a futuristic touch for the landing page. I created svgs and other elements to enhance the visual appeal, also defined the hero section with a backdrop gradient animation, designed a ticker animation for the events ACM holds and a team ticker animation representing all the team members of ACM, which can be seen on the website when it will be live.
